Guest orders and accounts
You can order without an account. If you create one, our authentication provider manages sign-in and password recovery. An optional account helps you access order history and reuse details.
Information used to run the store
We use your name, phone, delivery address, selected products, payment choice, notes and optional email to process and support orders, arrange delivery, verify payment, handle returns and keep transaction records. Sharing a phone number does not establish that two customers are the same person.
Bank-transfer receipts are stored privately for staff review. We do not publish payment slips or delivery details. WhatsApp assistance opens a prepared chat; it does not send the message until you press Send.
We also receive information you submit for business enquiries, reviews, wishlists, restock requests and other support. Published reviews are moderated. Your device cart and local wishlist use browser storage.
Service messages and marketing
We may contact you about your order, payment, delivery or return. Marketing requires the applicable permission and must respect available opt-out controls. A phone number or an answer about purchase frequency alone is not consent to promotions. You can use the unsubscribe link in an eligible promotional email or contact support about your preferences.
Cookies and service providers
Browser storage and cookies support your cart, language and sign-in. Optional analytics and advertising tools follow the site's consent controls. Hosting, database, courier, email and other configured service providers receive information needed for their service. WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms. Some providers may process information outside Pakistan. We do not sell customer contact lists.
Retention and your requests
We retain transaction and payment records for business, accounting, dispute and legal needs. Other data is retained while needed for its stated purpose. Ask us about access, correction, deletion where possible or optional marketing choices through WhatsApp support. We may verify your identity before changing an account or order; completed transaction records cannot always be deleted immediately.
