Ordering
You may shop as a guest and create an account later. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Submitting an order creates a reference; acceptance and fulfilment depend on availability and payment verification. If an accepted paid order cannot be fulfilled, we contact you and arrange a refund of the payment received for it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in PKR. Review delivery charges and any optional gift-packing or membership fee before submitting the order. Free-delivery eligibility uses the merchandise subtotal, excluding membership and gift-packing fees. Discounts and credits are checked against current server records; review the final quoted total before confirmation.
Our checkout supports bank transfer with a receipt, when configured, and WhatsApp-assisted ordering. Bank transfer is reviewed by staff before payment is confirmed. A saved WhatsApp order does not send a message automatically: open the prepared chat and press Send to contact us. Cash on delivery is available only when enabled and shown at checkout; payment is made to the courier on delivery. Only methods shown at checkout are available.

Read the listing for the selected size, ingredients, storage, availability and available source or batch information. Natural products may vary in appearance, texture, aroma or flavour. Honey can crystallise naturally. These variations do not remove your rights where goods are defective or not as described.

Business enquiries, reviews and offers
A business enquiry requests a quotation, rather than confirming a bulk purchase. Our team agrees quantity, price, delivery and payment separately. Reviews must describe your own experience; abusive, misleading or unrelated submissions may be declined. Offers and membership savings are subject to their displayed conditions and checkout eligibility.
Problems and applicable rights
For missing, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items, contact us with your order ID and read Shipping & Returns. These terms preserve rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable laws of Pakistan govern these terms. Updated terms apply to future orders; the version shown when you ordered applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.
